We reply by email, usually within 24 hours (JST). We are happy to adjust dates, accommodate special requests, and correspond in English.
Confirm the details
We finalise your dates, group size, and any dietary considerations together.
Secure payment
Once the details are confirmed, you pay by card through Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never store your card details on this site.
Booking confirmed
We send your meeting point, the plan for the day, and what to bring. Changes and cancellations can be arranged too.
The experience
We will be waiting for you on the day — all that is left is to enjoy the moment.
