Everything you need to know about becoming a guide
No license is required to become a guide on Anjean. However, if you have a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter certification, you will receive priority review and a special badge on your profile.
Anjean takes a 30% platform fee from each booking. This covers payment processing, customer support, marketing, and platform maintenance. You keep 70% of every booking.
Payments are processed within 3 business days after your tour is completed. You can receive payments via bank transfer to your Japanese bank account.
Cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy you set for your tour. Guests who cancel within the free cancellation period receive a full refund. For late cancellations, you may receive partial or full payment depending on your policy.
Yes! You have full control over your tour pricing. You can set prices per person, offer group discounts, and adjust pricing based on tour duration and inclusions.
When someone books your tour, you will receive a notification. You can view booking details, communicate with guests through our platform, and manage your calendar all from your guide dashboard.
We provide 24/7 customer support for both guides and guests. We also offer resources to help you create great tour listings, handle bookings, and grow your guide business.
